I’ve just filled in the application form for an internet bank account. It features as a Best Buy in various published tables (e.g. here and here) and it’s from an Icelandic bank – to which anyone familiar with the etymology of WebÞing will realise I am inclined to be well-disposed.
If that had happened earlier, I’d have just abandoned the application. But since it was after the important bits, I tried submitting a copy of the page modified to remove the buggy script. That worked, and enabled me to complete the process.
