I’ve just taken delivery of my first copy of the book, bound in all the glory of its shiny cover! Anyone who pre-ordered it, yours should presumably arrive very shortly now, if it hasn’t already.
There’s also a bunch of “folded and gathered sheets”, which I’m invited to mark up with any corrections for the second printing. I guess that means reading it carefully yet again.
